Where do you ship?

Batbitez currently ships within Canada only for our launch.

We hope to expand shipping in the future.

How long does processing take?

All Batbitez pieces are handmade in small batches.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wear and tear.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once an order has shipped, Batbitez is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

How should I care for my Batbitez pieces?

Batbitez pieces are made from polymer clay and should be handled with care.

Avoid water, excessive pressure, and prolonged exposure to heat.

First Launch Transparency

Is this Batbitez’ first launch?

Yes! This is our first official Batbitez launch, and we’re so excited to welcome you into the crypt 🦇

Every piece is handmade in small batches, which means quantities are limited and sell-outs may happen quickly. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we grow.

Why are quantities limited?

Batbitez is currently a one-person operation, and every creature is sculpted, finished, and packaged by hand.

Limited quantities allow us to maintain quality while keeping our tiny crypt running smoothly.

What happens if an item sells out?

If a piece sells out, it will be marked as sold out on the website.

Some designs may return in future drops, but because everything is handmade, restocks are not guaranteed and may vary slightly from previous versions.

Will there be restocks?

Possibly... but not always.

Some creatures may return in future collections, while others may be retired or reimagined.
